1. Services Offered

We offer digital marketing, website development, website maintenance, app/MVP development, and paid ad management services. Each engagement is scoped and agreed upon in writing before work begins.

2. Payments

Payment terms are outlined in your proposal or contract. Missed payments may result in paused services or account termination.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, code, or assets we create for you become yours upon full payment. We may showcase work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide timely feedback, approvals, and necessary access to systems or platforms. Delays on your end may affect timelines.

5. Third-Party Tools

We may use or integrate third-party tools or platforms (e.g., Google, Meta, WordPress, etc.) as part of your project. You are responsible for maintaining those accounts.

6. Liability

We do our best to ensure everything runs smoothly—but we are not liable for losses due to outages, third-party failures, or delays caused by incomplete information.

7. Termination

You may cancel at any time with written notice. Any unpaid work completed to that point will be invoiced. We may also cancel services if terms are violated.

8. Revisions & Support

Each project includes a limited number of revisions (outlined in your proposal). Additional revisions or requests outside the original scope may be billed separately.
